  2. We then look at what you need to get there
  3. We flush all of this information through – reviewing role and responsibility documentation, pay, levels / grades etc.
  4. We put forward recommendations for where and how you can better overlay your current structures, people and talent into a more streamlined and effective unit.

There are so many options and ideas – and it’s good to really think about what you need to ensure you take people on a positive journey. Even if sometimes the realities are redundancies, there are ways around managing that effectively too.

It all comes down to context… messaging, signposting, explaining, justifying. Talking to humans, as humans.
