MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING

Our mission to increase mental health awareness and maximise workplace wellbeing

As part of our mission to promote mental health awareness and workplace wellbeing, we are both excited and proud to be delivering MHFA England’s 2 day Adult Mental Health First Aider course – both online and F2F (where we are permitted to do so).

As we do things a little different here at the HR Hive, we will bring a different flare to this 2 day course to ensure you take away invaluable learning, understanding and consideration for Mental Health in Adults, whether that be at home or at work.

Sessions are interactive and emotive, and we invite attendees to bring their whole selves to the course.

What materials do I get from the course?

Healthy people are happier, more engaged and more productive. Employers across the UK are acting now to promote workplace wellbeing and create mentally healthy businesses.

Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society. Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year. According to the Centre for Mental Health, simple steps to improve the management of mental health in the workplace will allow employers to save 30% or more of these costs – at least £10 billion a year. By raising mental health awareness and offering more mental health support, we can all make a difference. This is where we can help.
